Girls Cross Country

Any girls interested in running cross country this year will need to report to workouts on August 3rd at 7:00 a.m. Make sure you have all of your online paperwork filled out (RankOne) as well as a current physical. Weight Room Schedule

Now that Eagle Camp has concluded, we will have an open weight room for the next two weeks (July 27 – Aug 6), Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. This will be open for all current Ellison athletes with a physical on file ONLY.
