Since the school will be shutdown over the summer for repairs, we will do our summer workouts for cross country at Patterson Middle School. We are shooting to start this workouts Monday, July 18th from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Also, a championship cross country team really starts to prepare in the summer. We need everyone who plans to run cross country to already be in shape before we start workouts in July. I am attaching a summer workout plan that we recommend you to closely follow in order for you to show up in the best shape as possible. We do not want or need to get you back in shape when the seasons starts. It is very important for everyone to already come back in shape.
