Boys Varsity Cross Country · Ellison X-country Workouts

x-country team start      The Ellison men’s x-country team will begin working out 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-3:30 in the afternoon starting July 13. All runners must have athletic forms done on-line and a previous medical history form completed before they can workout. Any incoming freshman and juniors must also have a new physical. These forms can be obtained from the training room at the field house next to the Ellison track.
